Az 1960 és 64 között működött Átlók művészcsoport és a 2000-ben alakult Új Átlók Művészeti Társaság tagjainak reprezentatív antológiája igényes, a legnemesebb értelemben vett hagyományokra épülő európai művészeti értékek gyűjteménye.

Kamil Kárpáti writes: “Imre Gaál, Tibor Csillag, Vilmos Czétényi, Endre Rátkay, Sándor Juhász and myself e were friends when we were 10-15 years old youngsters together in Pesterzsébet, and developed a taste for the sweetness of democracy’s volatile freedom after the war.. We established the artists’ group Átlók(Diagonals) in 1960 with the maturity of men whose youth was trod upon.”
This representative antology of Átlók (1960-1960)and the 2000 founded Új átlók (New Diagonals)is the collection of the most noble and traditional European artistic values.

Kamil Kárpáti lo scrive: „Imre Gaál, Tibor Csillag, Vilmos Czétényi, Endre Rátkay, Sándor Juhász ed io siamo già stati amici quando avevamo 10-15 anni a Pesterzsébet e abbiamo provato ad assaggiare il gusto dolce-amaro della libertà della democrazia communista dopo la seconda guerra mondiale. Poi nel 1960 abbiamo fondato tutti insieme il Gruppo artistico Átlók [Diagonali] sulle basi delle nostre esperienze adulte.
In questa antologia rappresentativa si presentano i membri del Gruppo Átlók ed anche i membri del Nuovo Gruppo Átlók [Diagonali], rifondato nel 2000. Questo volume è una raccolta dei valori artistici europei.

Kamil Kárpáti écrit: „Imre Gaál, Tibor Csillag, Vilmos Czétényi, Endre Rátkay, Sándor Juhász et moi qui étions déjà amis à l’âge de 10-15 ans à Pesterzsébet et nous cherchions à déguster la liberté amère et éphémère de la démocratie après la Seconde Guerre Mondiale. Et ensuite en 1960 nous avons fondé l’Association artistique-littéraire Átlók [Diagonales] d’après nos expériences d’adultes.
L’Association fonctionnait entre 1960 et 1964 sous ce nom, et en 2000 L’Association a été refondée avec un nom différent. Cette anthologie est donc un recueil représentatif des oeuvres qui reflètent des valeurs artistiques européennes.
